I recently bought a new phone which was connected on another provider. I had the game open on both phones for afew days as I slowly migrate everything over and had no issues.
Doubtful that it was anything to do with changing phones. More likely it was something you did weeks or even months ago and have only just been banned for now. Bluestacks?
Weeks or months !
Like it said i don't like cheaters cause i faced them alot in BGs and i got pissed trust me lol .
And like i said i spent alot of money on this account so i won't harm it anyway .
A lot of people who cheat say the same thing: they would never cheat because they spent a lot of time or money or both. This carries no weight. Cheaters cheat because they are cheaters. Cheating is what they do. Lying is a related hobby.
One point against you is the fact that innocent people do not say “if I cheated I would have done X.” People who do not cheat do not tend to contemplate all the scenarios more and less likely to be viewed as cheating. That’s what cheaters do when trying to figure out what they might be able to get away with.
I’ll give you one possible out here. You say you recently started playing on a new phone. What was the precise make and model of that new phone?
I have doubts changing phones will lead to permanent ban. I have changed Android phones like changing socks without issues. Currently I play on 3 Android devices (2 have mobile data plan; 1 is on WiFi).
Question to OP. Did you give your old phone to anyone or purchase a used replacement phone.
Reason asking is the game may still be on old phone and someone may be playing your account.
That happened to me when I traded in an old phone for a new one at the carrier. Kabam Support was able to get them off my account after confirming I was the owner and had a new phone.
The opposite may be true if the new phone, if that device was previously used to cheat, it could be blacklisted in the system or has a cheat program installed and any account used on that phone would be identified as a cheater.
No , i just changed my phone and open it on a new one then i got disconnected and banned !
Don't like to give anyone my account to finish any content where is fun when someone finish something for me or using hack !
I play on multiple devices. Occasionally open the app out of habit on one while autoplaying on the other without thinking. At no time has that resulted in a ban, temp or permanent.
I can't remember if i was online on the old device or not but that's unfair for get a permanent banned maybe a day or 7 days to warn me !
You didn't get banned because you changed devices. I changed devices a couple months ago, and have changed devices multiple times before that. So let's throw that one out the window because no one is buying it. And there often are 7-day suspensions issued out as warnings, or sometimes 30 days, so you have to have done something pretty bad to go straight to the permaban. So what is it? Pay a merc? Get paid to merc for someone? Download the app through third party software? Kabam can see the data. You aren't pulling wool over anyone's eyes. And Kabam isn't out here throwing out accidental bans. If it were accidental, you could submit a ticket to support, they'd fix it, and you'd be done. But you're here defending yourself and using a pathetic and pointless excuse to do so. So what did you do?
There's a popular practice among alliances whereby they pass their account login details to another alliance member/friend and login happens across the planet The algorithm picks it up and banned the account
The game tracks your geographic location, you know right Go to ranking and you can see where you rank in your country I'm 160+ in my country If you zipped across the planet multiple times like Superman den it's red flagged
Another illegal act is credit card fraud, buying units cheaply from third parties who used stolen credit card details Visa and MasterCard are very efficient in this, once communicated to Kabam, permanent ban straight away
Kabam CAN see the data but don’t really look at it. They also pay a company to AI the data which is not 100% accurate.
AI is still garbage/great. It’s definitely not in a place for large businesses to be using it for things like this.
But they do kabam crashed one time posted the data of someone that got banned at this point id love to see u get a forum ban for defending so many cheaters
No game company is ban happy, they usually do temporary ban for a start If you are permanently banned straight away, it means they have hard undeniable evidence
I'm speculating might be purchased an account from another summoner.. guessing that is what kabam mcoc cheater algorithm is detected (using multiple devices android or apple smartphone or tablet should not change your login information)
Forum are for summoners to share opinions and ask for tips regarding champions and what champions for certain content..
Usually account questions need to be directed to @kabam crashed or message kabam support.
Anyways if OP is innocent of erroneous deeds, kabam will most likely unban his account.
I recently bought a new phone which was connected on another provider. I had the game open on both phones for afew days as I slowly migrate everything over and had no issues.
Fun facts:
6 active accounts
5 phones (1 is taking this picture) using VPN (never not use it, folks)
3 unique IP addresses (best not to ask)
0 issues over 9ish years logging multiple accounts over multiple phones VPNing to multiple global locations with multiple IP addresses- though I only started with 2 phones back in 2015.
But hey, that's just me, it could totally be some phone issue.
Trust me when I say Kabam won't permaban someone only for playing on multiple devices. If it's your first time, they might give you a temporary ban, but permabans are reserved only for big offenses like account sharing or cheating

Wrong, and wrong.
As far as I am aware, Kabam does not pay a third party to use AI tools within their anti-cheat systems. And I know for a fact that Kabam inspects their operational data when reviewing cheat detection, as I've discussed the specifics of the anti-cheat detection systems with developers involved with anti-cheat operations.
Crashed has also demonstrated on multiple occasions that Kabam's own internal systems record information used to ban cheaters, and that information is reviewable by the developers. There's no AI algorithm doing that.

Why would you 30 times?
I think this is a bad one.
Which will happen.
We won’t hear about those though.

Good luck if you are innocent.
Have also defended those that didn’t cheat and those go away quickly.
It’s not your job to investigate. Report and move on.
We betting on this one?
