1. Getting my first few 7*'s despite how bad they are 2. White Tiger getting into the game is cool, alongside her synergy referencing Ultimate Spider-Man 3. Getting to Cav? I think I'm at was a big one. 4. 6*'s starting to casually flow into my roster now I'm getting more materials faster 5. 6* CGR and 5* Hercules. Unsure if both were obtained this year but either way they're both ascended and Herc is awakened.
So...all in all a decent year, can see 2025 being a slow down year in terms of progression and stuff depends on releases and if I care about what the year brings
The most obvious one is that I explored the Necropolis. I've never liked Everest content in the past, so when Kabam announced Necropolis, I just sighed. But there were stuff in there that I really needed, so I had to give it a try at least. I did my first run in 2023 and actually had a lot of fun in there, and then I explored the rest of it in early 2024. It's been one of the most fun things I've done all year, and if I wasn't all out of units after the Banquet, I would go in immediately to clean up the remaining Carinas. As it stands, I have two left plus the Deathless one. I can't wait to do them.
The second is beating Allison Edits in Battlegrounds. I've been a fan of her channel for quite a while so happening upon her in there was a lot of fun, and beating her was even more fun. Did she try to justify it by saying that she was doing other things on the side and didn't pay too much attention to the game? Yes. Do I believe her? Absolutely, you don't put down Sunspot on defense if you're paying close attention to things. Does it matter to me? Not in the slightest, I'll take that win. Hahahahaha.
The third standout moment was when I created a self-imposed challenge for myself. When Winter of Woe first started, I had just ranked up my Adam Warlock and tried to beat each of the fights with him. It worked great for a couple of them, but then came Hulkling. If you don't remember, you had to strike into his block to gain power and then you'd have to fire off your specials into his block to do any damage. I thought, wouldn't that be fun to do with the one champion who becomes almost permanently unblockable if he strikes into his opponent's block?
It took me probably fifty tries to get him down with Adam Warlock. It was a really fun challenge and I'm really proud of myself for capturing all of that insanity on video, but ultimately, I think Adam Warlock is probably the worst possible counter to that fight. Everything in his kit just makes him unsuitable for it and I had to find a way to beat Hulkling by basically just failing at playing Adam Warlock. Which is surprisingly hard to do for someone who is supposedly wildy AI-reliant.
Lmao the Hulkling fight was one hell of a wake up call for you π
I love the experiences you've had! Especially with Allison Edits lol. Sunspot on defense was definitely auto drafted π
1. Went from cav to 8 r3 valiant 2. Started a MCOC YouTube channel 3. Started a very successful alliance from scratch 4. Doing necro and all the other painful content Kabam had. 5. Deciding I need to play way less half way through the year
Nice!!! Good to see you have a successful alliance!
1) getting 7-star Medusa finally 2) getting my artwork in-game π 3) celebrating my allianceβs 9th birthday
GOATED! Major milestones ππ½ππ½ππ½ I know how badly you wanted her as a 7*! You probably haven't stopped smiling since lol. Congrats to your alliance and I look forward to seeing more of your in-game artwork!

Finishing 9.1 the day of release for the first time ever when content launched that day
One of the accomplishments I'm most proud of was doing Necropolis right out of the gate, before there were guides or a lot of info about it. Or more precisely, it was me doing it encouraging other people who ordinarily wouldn't tackle such content that I am most proud of. However, that was a 2023 accomplishment.
