  Hard to say. The mystic class is already pretty stacked and his main gimmick is being a counter to serpent once awakened.
  Hopefully she finds a place though, she's fun to play!

  She is enjoyable for sure, the fractured power bar is a cool mechanic

  Mystic Gambit is gonna suffer the same fate. Too crit reliant to be the champ from the CCP videos. There are far more reliable Serpent options that work outside of that one fight

  I kinda see the same issue with Rintrah as well. Plus they don't have a way to lower the opponent's critical resistance.

  Isophyne is the Mike Tyson of the mystic class. Like, the Mike Tyson of today.
  
  But honestly, I wonder if people who hate her just throw an SP2, look at the mediocre damage, and move on.
  I think her damage rotation has potential. She might not get those giant hits, but you have to factor in how many specials she can spam, and if you're properly stacking the egos and energy vulnerabilities, the damage can add up pretty impressively.

  Makes a difference with what though? The regen will still be relatively low and the free power bar to start the fight, while nice, doesn't seem essential because she gains power so quickly regardless.
  Even if I R3 mine, I don't see myself adding to her sig 20 dupe. But maybe I'm missing something.

  I’d like to say yes, but it feels like she’ll never go above r2. The best thing she has going for her is that she’s a strong nullify champ as a 7*. Most of our other 7 Star mystics are neutralize or stagger.

  Well there's Kushala (who has nullify and soul barb), Diablo (nullify pre fight), Sorcerer Supreme, etc. She is not the only one we currently have

  Mine is over sig 100 and it is really nice for both shorter and longer fights. When I tested her out in abyss vs Ægon, she went from 40% to 93% health in the 3 minutes it took to beat him. She is very fun and underrated by the community. I just keep in mind that the initial knee-jerk reaction of the community is often incorrect. We have doom, torch, apoc as old examples and off the top of my head people said shathra was bad too and now people are really liking her.

  There's no reason that she should have below avg critical rating,
  Kebem knew what they were doing and deliberately made her mid.
  
  For a simple fix
  "Every energy vulnerability on enemies and Ego charge also increases Mid-O-phyne's crit rating."

  Ah, interesting. I guess if you throw like 10 specials the regen will add up.
  Still, unless my math is wrong, a sig 20 would've gone from 40% to 75% health in your fight, vs. 93% at sig 100. So if nothing else, just a positive consideration for giving her respect even at low sig?

  Bad crit damage rating is actually nice for her. It means her damage is not balanced around getting crits. Using isophynes sp2 when it doesn't crit feels 500 times better than Sersi's sp2 when it doesn't crit (I cry everytime).

  I’m inclined to agree with you here… She’s labelled as a Serpent killer but I don’t get that feeling when I take her into AW for a Serpent boss node; she really struggles to do significant damage against someone who she’s meant to own. And yes, I am using her correctly, as was explained on the deep dive.

  This I don't understand. Especially duped, she should handle Serpent easily. If the health pool is too big, you can stack more EVs before launching the SP2, or even do an SP3 first. The deep dive rotation is for quick easy fights imo.

  For short bg fights that power gain seems quiet important. For content she doens't need that, like many others.
  
  The extra specials that can be thrown is part of the rotation.
  Sp2 first followed by 4 sp1s and sp2. That's the 50-60 second rotation vs r3 serpent.
