Summoners who purchased this offer have been temporarily locked out of the Contest to Clawback any Catalysts bought/used while active, and ensure previously owned resources remain intact.
They will be unlocked once this process is complete, and no further action will be taken on their Accounts - along with a compensation package to those affected for the inconvenience.
Doing this allows us to bring the Game back up for everyone else.
We've removed the affected offer so we can decide later whether or not to bring it back after it's been fixed.
Additionally, all summoners can expect a general compensation package due to this Emergency Maintenance interrupting their play session.

Unable to scroll contacts

I am unable to scroll through my contacts list. This is the first time I have noticed this issue.

And I very rarely post here. The fact that this was brought up a week ago and this thread has gotten no response from Kabam is VERY discouraging.
If they thought it would be covered with the hotfix/update, it was not.
Press down on profile pic (don't release yet, if you DON'T see it highlight, you’re not gonna be able to swipe or even get the pop-up if a straight release of press). If so, just release and wait.
Wait again, try profile pic again (just the press again, not release yet).
Once you see profile pic being highlighted in response to press, then you can either release for their pop-up, or proceed to swipe it to scroll the list.
It's a real pain, and probably device specific as to just how long you'll need to sit and let it refresh your screen before trying again.
I guess it’s not that important to them as they got bigger problems
Kabam, please create proper bug and join all related threads, more than a month to properly handle this kind of issue is unacceptable!
