Glad my alliance leader talked me into waiting out the first edition of this nightmare. The champion pool gretly reduced in both RAIDs and now the bugs... Kabam is always trying to change way too much too quickly w/o testing properly.
And of course no mods have been on the forums in a bit. At some point they need to take an all hands on deck approach to new content launching so they can react a bit better to the bugs they keep letting sneak through.

4L0ki is doing Nightmare Raids and has not had any issues thus far - Purgatory & Kitty have been MVPs.
I've been chatting with the folks in charge of Raids to see if any issues went unaccounted for.

Ok guys. Purgatory is goated and the mvp for these raids. Using prowess ender boost, I’m hitting the max cap against weapon X and Jabari with one SP3. The fight is over so fast I can’t even build up max charges for my mates. I’ve been using her for content and she’s a banger in BG’s. She might be my favorite mystic and first mystic R4.

Also look at Weapon X. It doesn't seem to be blocking your healing or anything.
I know Korg is still a good defender and the objective of Nightmare Raids is to be more difficult than the regular ones. But why even use a defender that needs his awakened ability to really be a problem when you intend to turn off part of it(debuff purifying), and reduce the other part(thorns damage)? It just seems like asking for trouble in a game mode that's already almost always bugged with every new version.
Why not introduce raids in beta server first, let us test it without wasting our REAL resources, and you can find out how badly you messed up before releasing it?

Still too much thorns damage, it would be way better if they don’t speak in terms of tune down and we choose accordingly to a defender we all know, say nothing next time

Korg's Thorns may be currently bugged / overtuned - as I said, I spoke with the Team and they're actively investigating now.
Additionally, to this point, Nightmare Raids were intentionally designed to be very very hard. This was always the intention and advertised as such immediately.
Respectfully, this is a poor response, having those two statements side by side.
To the extent representations were made about what this would look like, it isn’t functioning as intended and advertised. A warning that it’s hard doesn’t absolve the game team of the responsibility to deliver a working product.
How many alliances typically opt in for raids? How many can reasonably be expected to complete this? The top half? Top third? Less?
My ally is nowhere near top and we are already at Apoc with no problem on left path. We used Omega Sentinel, Juggs, & Iron Heart

I'm not saying that the Thorns Damage isn't over-tuned, the Game Team will evaluate everything for Round 2 - but from my understanding, the Thorns seem to be completely avoidable as well.
Additionally, we were able to push out a fix for Weapon X where his Signature Ability Regen won't be able to bypass "Always Forward" any longer, so those giant ticks of health at the start of the fight shouldn't be able to bring him above the HP where he started the fight.

I mean you said it, the thorns damage is insane. For those having to face Korg on the far right lane, with the medium prompts, there isn’t enough time while the shield is down to make any significant progress.

In addition if you're a little slow gaining fervor the first penance now makes him stun immune so now you have to light intercept three times to get to be able to complete half the 4m prompt.

This is an absurd response… they will evaluate for round 2… so basically struggle and unit our way through this round … another example of content not being tested before its rolled out… 2 of the 3 defenders are bugged

I found another bug. I wanted to fnish weapon X on my lane and bought a couple of those 200 unit revives. You cant use them. They're in the inventory, but they're not visible in the "revive champ" screen.

Exactly. If you're vanguard for instance you're punished right out the gate for bringing any champ other than guardian.
You’re also punished for bringing Guardian because you can’t contribute any real damage to the fight.
