Nightmare Raids

I am a member of Sga-1, an endgame alliance. We enlisted in 3 bgs of nightmare raids but to our surprise it bugged and only enlisted us in 1 bg of nightmare and 2 bgs of the normal raids. Multiple members and officers send in tickets, but as expected got unhelpful automated messages that just run us in circles. As annoying as it was, we were just gonna take the L bc the rewards weren’t the effort and stress it was taking to get the answer we needed. We did a name generator and let 10 into the new one and the other 20 settled for the normal raids. Fast forward now it hurts 10x more. Compensation is being given out to only the people that participated. So because of the bug 20/30 people in our alliance now also miss out on the compensation on top of the increased raids rewards. (And our aq rank rewards dropped 10 spots) this is a complete fail and oversight that we hope can be fixed.

Or even if supposedly done correctly, other people looking at it afterwards didn’t see they weren’t all Nightmare ?
Or some officer changed them back at last minute ?
Or (unlikely) was it really all setup for Nightmare for all BG's, double and triple checked, and somehow the game decided to do something different for you once the week started ?

Tho his story seems Dog ate my homework, still have some faith here.
New bug in market from OP's perspective
But how long has it been since you actually last changed your Enlistment (prior to Nightmare) ?
Could be new Officers in there, who have never actually done Enlistment, just the fighting or offline planning that gets you to 16-18 rank.
Could have been a long time by now, maybe back to when Raids first came out (or maybe a month after that) ? Or when was it that the top map was released ?
we did 2 nightmare and 1 regular raids
I had to check multiple times and get the correct maps
as it used to say nightmare raids but the picture was of (thor profx hood medusa) it displayed correctly after changing but would display incorrectly if I checked next day
If this wasn't absolutely clear in your support tickets you should have your leader open a new support ticket and explain that you enlisted for three but your players entered and explicitly saw one nightmare and two normal. If additional players open tickets have the leader open one first, and then have the members (who entered in the normal raid maps) reference the ticket number the leader gets assigned and have them specifically state they were supposed to enter the nightmare map but were incorrectly given the normal map, and ask if they are entitled to receive the nightmare raid compensation because the only reason they didn't get it was due to what they believe was a bug.
I cannot say if this will help in any way, but that's what I would do given what you're saying happened. It is up to the devs to examine the game logs and make any determination as to what remedy if any to offer. Try to be specific, just articulate the exact problem and the exact situation with no additional commentary or questions, as this can side track support. Have them focus on the specific issue and nothing else.
We had my cousin did my necro which i was not aware of. Then we had my brother did my rank up. Now we have that we didn't do raids because we didn't do night mare raids as we were scared but will pretend that we enlisted so we can free stuff disguised as fruit of labor, tho labor done by other players.
Cmon OP, I called out your BS And you have nothing. If you are telling truth the share the screenshots. As I said, Guardians might have helped you better.
Edit: As DNA 300 said, it might have been display bug but that doesn't seem the case it would have taken to you nightmare raids once you entered it. Double check even if you enlisted for nightmare raids for all Bgs in first place
