Help with an issue

Today I got AW rewards and instead of trading my loyalty crystal shatter for 7 star shards I mistakenly converted them to loyalty crystal shard. Can I write to support and ask them to convert them back?

    I think certain requests should not be granted honestly. "I did this when all I wanted to do was the opposite" is so rife nowadays.

    If it's the game costing you resources that I understand but players should own up to their mistakes.

    They wont give them back as it was a mistake you made as a player. If it was a bug then they would have to.

    I have made the same mistake.
    I wrote to support and they fixed it.

    Loyalty Crystal SHATTER (from AW Season rewards)

    Is that the only 2 things we can use the Shatter on ? (in the Loyalty Store, but have to scroll all the way to bottom of that Store's items)

    * Towards LOYALTY CRYSTAL “Shards” (“Shards” in a different sense than normal, because then takes only 15 (?) shards to buy a Whole Loyalty Crystal, and from in same Loyalty Store as opposed to over in Crystals Tab)

    * Or towards 7* Crystal Shards.

    Note, takes 15 Shatter to get either one, the full 7* pool crystal, vs the 6-champ pool for Loyalty crystal.

    Is it ok to spend the “Shatter” soon as we get them each War season ? So there won't be anything further where holding onto a certain higher amount of Shatter will be needed later ?
