I have faced him several times and he always take bleed damage, there is no enhanced bleed damage nodes or something similar.

Hmm, I was wondering why I was losing so much health against hiim

Just tried a fight in practice and didn't take any bleed

yeah the bleed vuln will result in Sinister taking bleed damage - he reduces bleed damage by -100% but the vuln increases it by (If I remember right) +50%. So you net out 50% of the bleed damage (while most characters would take 150% with the vuln active)

Ok, found the reason. It's the damn sp2. It places a bleed vulnerability

    I see, thanks.

Difference between “reduces xxx damage by yyy”.
    And being “Imune to xxx”

I guess this only became a problem this meta because of the power gain. Usually we only ever have to take sp1s

I also took full dmg from chee's bleeds today with sinister in bgs. It's not just bullseye

The problem is that Sinister takes damages from his own bleeds. Meaning his bleeds aren't zero damage bleeds. They have a base damage for whatever reason. It's weird .

Also, his sp1 bleed states that they are zero potency bleeds. And sinister reduced bleed potency by 100%. In effect they are (-100%) bleeds. So even with the vulnerability, they should still be (-50%) bleeds

Sinister is taking bleed but there’s no way Sinester is taking it… that guy doesn’t take [bleep] from anyone

He actually can take bleed damage, it just has to be over 100% potency.

Personally the only way to ever push Bullseye to 2 bars of power with Sinister is through an evade counter, and unless this meta allows for access to an evade counter, it shouldn't be possible

It’s a power gain meta - (at least in VT still, GC changed to stun immunity and energize) so if bullseye is at one bar and triggers the power gain he would go right up to two. Definitely possible.

It happens against Cheeilth too. Sinister's self bleeds cause damage.

Who’s the best counter to Bullseye with power gain?

I guess this will never be fixed huh.

It's not a bug, she don't state that only her bleed increase their potency for every spirit charge.

She increased bleed damage whatever you apply to the opponent or the opponent aplies to himself.

    Even assuming that the fact she increases the potency of the opponents self inflicted bleeds is not a bug;

    Adjust numbers for Cheeilth

Another thing to note is , even if it actually had a positive potency, it's a curious design choice to make Sinister's bleeds actually deal damage and not just 0 damage debuffs.

Maybe it is some constraint where they can't have zero damage debuffs?
