Would seeing these shards as rewards in content, milestones, offers, etc, give you more motivation?

I'm asking this out of curiosity.

    Not gonna happen. The titan is already basically the same as a "featured". And it already costs more than the basic.

We can also have deals that have parts of a titan nexus in them so we can spread out their value instead of concentrating it all in one spot!     Look, you already see people complain about 7* AG shards, I dont want to see more complaints because the same thing happens with titan nexus shards.

    Not "instead". The question isn't to suggest replacing the Titan Nexus with shards. The shards would be additional to the TN. Hence the word "also". Like we have, as you mentioned, 7* AG shards. Those don't replace the 7* AG. They're just an additional way to get one...a very valuable resource. And I'm actually enjoying the 7* AG shards.

    What does this even mean ? We have titan nexus now and they are the only ones that actually gave you a good chance of getting something you want otherwise you are just mostly getting screwed by the RNG. And what do you mean wait till 8*s come out ? BGs are a thing now and champion acquisition atleast for the skilled players is a thing. So you want people to wait to get the 7 star until 8*s come out..that just dumb.

    However we don't have 6 star nexus shards and we will not get 7* star nexus shards so this is not happening. But I am all for increasing the amount of titan nexus that will be available in endgame content going forward or increasing the amountt of end-game content that comes out so it gives the FTP more chances.

    I feel like this would just make shard crystals a little convoluted. Besides, what’s the point? They would give out less Nexus shards than regular shards, and opening several regular crystals is better than opening one Nexus.

    Who is complaining about AG shards? And in what way? Are they saying there is not enough AG shards?...or too much RNG? Are these complaints made by a few disgruntled players, or voices for the entire community?

    You're not thinking like Kabam. Kabam has a rewards budget for everything in the game. If you want to add something that holds a lot of value, then you're going to have to take away something else. There's no just tacking something on top.

    Also, on here and on the discord I've seen numerous complaints about 7* AG crystals because it takes "too long" to get them and people expect to see 10k shards instead of 1k shards when they're a reward.

    Not a bad idea but in theory it’s just sounds so weird for some reason. I feel like nexuses should be pure, and shouldn’t include amassing shards for them

    I don’t think they’ve ever done a nexus through shards, then again same can be said for awakening crystals.

    My main concern is that if they do titan nexus shards, then it would replace normal titan shards in their reward budget but the % out of 100 you’ll get will be extremely low and tedious. Probably form a nexus for every 2.5 crystals i would have gotten from normal titan shards/crystal.

    Not to say that i wouldn’t mind more access to titan nexus, i just can’t imagine it happening without taking away from something else that i may want.

    On a serious note, wouldn't nexus titan shards defeat the purpose of the pool updating every 3 months?
    People might have the will to save up shards but titan nexus shards would be a bit too much if saved.

    That was for a specific reason...and another specific reason after that. Lol.

    I don't understand what you're trying to argue here. A player hoarding Titan Nexus shards won't be any different from them hoarding basic Titan shards. Players have 100,000 shards, some more than that, while waitng for the Titan to update with the champs they want. Seems.like you just have an issue with players hoarding. I don't know why because that doesn't take anything away from you and your account.

    Um no. That shouldn't happen. It's a Titan Nexus. When the pool updates, the Nexus updates.
