I am a user who uses custom OS and 32 bit apk (my processor is 720g to reduce lag in the game). In this ban wave, my accounts and the accounts of many innocent players like me were closed. It has been 2 days and it is impossible to access our accounts. So I ask why are we held responsible for the errors in your new system and are we being punished. Let's say we used cheats, why are places like Ares Gloves and Nekro still waiting?

I got suspended even tho I'm using app straight from google play store. What TOS did i brake?

You downloaded the game through an APK and therefore you're breaking ToS. You didn't get banned before because they didn't have this system that helps them detect third party software, modding etc a lot faster, this however doesn't mean you weren't already breaking ToS back then. It's unfortunate if you aren't actually modding but if this is going to solve majority of all modding issues then unfortunately it is what it is, you guys are collateral damage but it's what needs to be done if we want this game to keep running for as long as possible.

Have you ever heard of an apple tree being cut down because it had too many rotten parts? The weakness of their new system is that it uproots the tree, my friend. And this will eventually cause a loss of players. This is just nonsense. People who understand code directories can download the game from the play store and use the immobile enemy cheat by messing with the code directories of the apk file that is loaded directly onto the phone. All they have to do is turn off the autoplay and switch both sides to manual mode. Long story short, this system is nothing but a faulty system from the start.

you admitted to using a modified operating system and kabam's "laws" say that's not allowed.

it's like if kabam had a car racing tournament and said people can only use their official cars and people started bringing modified cars bought from the black market. just because you bought a black market car and didn't install a rocket engine yet, it doesn't mean kabam can't ban you. i know this sucks but they're very clear.

Using a special operating system is not a crime but awareness. In addition, there is no connection between the operating system and closing an account. Kabam can ban people like this, I accept that. But shouldn't it also do research for innocent people? To be clear, I changed the operating system in order not to be followed by Google every second. You may be an iOS user, I may be an Android user, someone else may be a Linux user. As a company, they know that the files uploaded from the App Store and Play Store are tampered with and changed the most. In this system, yes, I accept that they have taken down the dishonorable people who cheat. But this issue also means that cheats uploaded from the Play Store and whose content has been changed later will continue to live comfortably.

I have been using armeabi v7a apk version apks for 5 years. I put graphics in the background in games and prioritize stability and high fps. There are hundreds of thousands of people like me, and Kabam has a large development team and they are aware of this. You will understand me when you continue to encounter cheats in BG

Modified application means that any other content has been loaded into its content with 3rd party software and affected the game. There is no content change in armeabi v7a apk versions, they are not modified. If you have a problem with lagging and freezing on an old device like mine, you can find and install 32 bit armeabi v7a versions from pages like apkmirror. This is actually the issue you do not want to understand. Installing any application as ARMV7a ARM64 does not mean that it has been modified or affected. If you do not use the google play store, using an unaffected apk does not violate Kabam's user agreement. If it did, there would be no need for this discussion and I would accept my guilt

I am someone who plays the game for fun without any different effects. You choose to be a standard user, I choose to be a slightly more advanced user, the only difference between us is this. I find it hard to be put in the same bowl with cheats

Glad to know you read ALL of the ToS. I said I think it's in 5.2. It's in there, of that I'm fairly confident. And even on the chance that it's not, they are obviously implementing new measures , which is covered on 4.1

You downloaded the game through an APK and therefore you're breaking ToS. You didn't get banned before because they didn't have this system that helps them detect third party software, modding etc a lot faster, this however doesn't mean you weren't already breaking ToS back then. It's unfortunate if you aren't actually modding but if this is going to solve majority of all modding issues then unfortunately it is what it is, you guys are collateral damage but it's what needs to be done if we want this game to keep running for as long as possible.

People who understand code directories can download the game from the play store and use the immobile enemy cheat by messing with the code directories of the apk file that is loaded directly onto the phone. All they have to do is turn off the autoplay and switch both sides to manual mode. Long story short, this system is nothing but a faulty system from the start.
