I am one of the players that received a 7 day suspension. I have only ever installed MCOC from the (actual) Google Play Store and on PC. I have never modded the game or used a game accelerator (which I'm seeing many people talk about here). I am a typical user in the U.S. I submitted a ticket and got the form letter. I was waiting for another response, but nothing yet.
Just a few minutes ago, I tried loading the app again and my account appears to have been reinstated (I got to the forum through the MCOC app) and suspension lifted. Hope for some others that are not up to no good, perhaps?
To any Kabam devs out there, would it make sense for me to totally uninstall the game and re-install it, just to be on the safe side in case the anti-cheat nukes me again? I don't want to experience another undeserved suspension.
Thanks for the heads up. I can now login, too. We will see what the official response is and what compensation they give for messing us all up. I'm pretty sure I had inventory expire, my login calendar is messed up, my alliance and solo rewards were impacted, etc. This has really left a sour taste in my mouth, and all the people saying we must've done something wrong can sukkitt!!!
got banned on Friday, can confirm that once again I was able to log into the game. Guess that all thats left is wait for some official info from Kabam. Maybe tomorrow. But honestly, I still feel kinda scared of playing on the PC version until Kabam says what went wrong, so maybe I'll stick to mobile version.
Also, on a side note, I thought everybody that got banned was guilty? Maybe not, but oh well, time will tell.

Oh, I totally uninstalled the PC version this morning. Better safe than sorry, at this point.

I submitted a support ticket 10 hours ago but have not yet gotten a response (not even the standard form response others have been getting) and am still unable to log into the game. Hopefully they're going through the list and will have all the false bans reversed soon enough...

my phone's bootloader is unlocked and I installed a ported rom but device is not rooted and I have download mcoc from official playstore
There is news about reversal of unjust bans in the news and announcements section or discord servers. They're reversing some of them anyway and giving compensation.
This recent events shown a lot of very unnerving issue.
One of which is how certain groups of players in the community having no reservations in condemning, accusing and even borderline abusing fellow players, without anyway really, factual information.
Blindly believe and follow the masses. To think that any company/group/individuals/program can do no wrong, it a scary thought, since no logic could ever be accepted.
Many players here on this forum have been subjected to quite a bit of aggressive accusation and borderline abuse the last few days while at the same time in a mental state of distress and confusion. Hope Kabam review this to improve moderation of the forum in the future.
Any members out there who is confident enough within themselves, do send an apology to whoever they been aggressive to.
You're missing the point. The point is if you take it upon yourself to come up with a workaround for the rules, you're the one that is responsible if it goes udders up.

What about alliances impacted? My alliance gave up on pushing master because of the faulty big-beautiful anti-cheater system, and will lose top20 in AR, any compensation?
Man I always miss out on the good bugs. A forced weekend off + compensation + redemption for being falsely accused would have been nice 😤

- Be kick out of their Alliance and miss out AW, AQ and BG rewards. - Lost rewards in Month Calendar, which don't imagine Kabam will compensate. - They might have "friend" like certain member in this forum, and will never believe they incorrectly ban - Lost faith in the community that they love, realising that some will ready to kick you while you down, no matter how you try to explain to them. - Lost faith in a company the decided to make such a massive action on a Friday night before the weekend.
But hey if you still feel bad about, don't worry there is always next time 😊

Wow just some weak as half assed apology. Kabam got some explaining to do. Ruined AW season, ruined raids, ruined calendars, expiring stash items, there’s absolutely no way kabam can make this right for everyone. Abuse on the forums by regulars which is against TOS. What a colossal screw up.
