  Okoye is just an attacker, Nef heals all damage anyway, so I say SW benefits from R4 the most.

  Spider woman is the new cool toy.
  Okoye handles a lot of fights.
  R4 nefi is massive help in wars.

  I'm just going to explain my situation, as the rankups do depend on player.
  
  -r1 unduped okoye, recently got her, I always ban her in bgs, kinda low on skill cats after ranking few skill champs for wars.
  -r3 sig 80 Nefi, my BG already have r4 nefi for war. He does fine at r3(for me). I am aware he could use r4 specifically for bgs.
  -r4 spider woman unduped. Took her up for war to save potions(loyalty).

  I don’t have Okoye, but I’ve got both SW and Nefaria at R4, both sig 200. SW is simply amazing, fantastic attacker and a super annoying defender, but I still think Nefaria edges her out. He was my first R4 and I still use him all the time. He’s my go to for AW, BGs, and especially story content.
  
  In BGs, you’d be surprised at how many matchups he can handle. Outside the Mystic class, he’s one of the very few champs who can take down Serpent, and do it with full health. He can even take down Nick Fury despite the class disadvantage. Just make sure he’s in Ionic Overcharge when NF hits his second life, and you’ll see some beautiful things happen.
  
  For me, he’s the most busted champion in the game, they packed insane damage and ridiculous utility into one package. So yeah, Nefaria gets my vote.

  I dont have Okoye yet... both SW and CN are good options to rank up. I would say rank up who you like to play the most. No wrong answers!
