Kabam once again showing how little they care about the impact they had on their consumers. Pretty pathetic response for those screwed out of one of the top champs in the game.
Nail on the head with the units. I had to make up for an ENTIRE DAY in arena, so I dropped a touch over 600 units in recharging, spent every last arena boost I had, and boosted my champs with normal boosts.
Thank you to the many players that sent us reports about the Android log-in issue. As you know, the game is back up. We are seeing a handful of players report that they are still unable to sign in, but these appear to be mainly isolated cases. If you are one of these players, please ensure that you are providing us with your in-game ID, your device information and your OS so that our team can investigate any outlier scenarios that need further attention.
Regarding questions about in-game items, how this has impacted events, and the collection of calendar items, as we mentioned on Twitter our team is currently discussing this matter. When we have more information on that specific topic, we will be sure to share that with you all. But I can confirm that we ARE discussing this and we do understand the concerns raised, as well as the impact this has had on our players.

Thank you for waiting very patiently for an update on the Android log-in problem that occurred on the morning of June 2nd.
Our investigation into this matter was lengthened due to the complexity of the situation - a number of different Android players were affected in several different ways. We also wanted to ensure that the issue itself was entirely resolved and would not crop back up again. During this time, some Android players were not able to collect items from their Subscription Cards, some Android players were not able to compete in Arenas, and some people missed out on collecting rewards from the Log In Calendars.
To address these issues, we are taking a number of steps:
First, any affected players that had purchased a Subscription Card will have the rewards for that day granted to them, regardless of whether or not they were able to claim the rewards that day.
Second, we will be adding an extra flex day on the end of the Monthly Calendar for all players. This means that if you missed a day, you still have an extra day to claim those rewards.
Last, the trickiest one, addresses the players that were in Arenas. We will be issuing all players that reached Ranked Rewards in each of the Arenas a number of Arena Boosts and Stamina Refills, the amounts of which will be determined by which Arena you were competing in.
You may be wondering how we decided on the Arena Boosts and Stamina Refills for players in the Arenas. This was a complicated situation where not all players were affected, and those that were, were once again affected in different ways. Many players that were locked out were still able to Rank and win top prizes, and many had already reached their goal before they were locked out and received top rewards as well.
Players reacted to the situations very differently, with some continuing to grind after the fact, and some deciding to stop. There is also no guarantee that having that extra time would have given players a chance at winning the Champion, because cut offs would also have changed. Being close to what the cut off was now doesn’t mean that you would have been had the situation been different.
We chose to give all affected Summoners Arena Boosts and Stamina Refills to help them make up the time and effort in a future arena of their choosing.

This is the most stupid compensation ever, it's not about how close you were to the cutoff it's about players make plans to get specific champs and run arena 2 times to get it dupe by the end of the week you take 11 hours from Android players, remember when this happens to ios users? You ran cable's arena a third time and you wanna give me and everyone who was affected stamina and arena boost BS instead of the opportunity to get dupped the voodoo I was going to get instead of the unduped I end up getting because of your outage that affect every android user as one of your mods told us the day that happen but after your "exhaustive Investigation" only happen to a few unlucky fellas? And extend to some even more unlucky dudes that to this day and still cat login to their accounts?
When this happen last month I was even part of beta testing for this login issue and by the end it was fixed right so what happen that the problem reappear to a few unlucky dudes that were kicked out of the game for 11 HOURS without making a huge impact of the game?
And it's also pretty unfair reduce this issue to login calendar, subscription cards and Arenas, what about those who left their alliances stuck on AQ or AQ? What about full Android alliances huh?
Oh let me guess the result of your investigation for that, behind the error message there was a magic button that let you get in the game to play aq and aw only this issue didn't affect this aspects of the game if you press the magic button, we are really sorry that your alliance weren't able to complete your quests and wars here you have 2 level 1 alliance potion. @Kabam Miike@Ad0ra_ cmon just make things right, run a third voodoo arena or send every unlucky Android user a mystic awakening gem, easy solution due to the outage wasn't that big to affect every android player
If the Arena Boosts and Stamina Refills are enough I'll be happy. In thee end I didn't even expect us to get something, so at least getting an answer is good.
No Vodoo for me though. Hopefully we can get the boosts before the Gwenpool arena ?
So essentially unless you had already reached rank rewards you are SOL. We couldn't compete in alliance events or event quests that were ending either. I guess that doesn't matter at all. I had planned to get started on grinding the voodoo arena that day but because of the outage I didn't bother.
Then stop giving them money and you'll see how fast they'll become responsive. And I'm gonna screenshot this so I can show you proof of how they deal with anyone with an opinion they don't like when they inevitably delete this.
I still can't believe this is the compensation they are sticking with. That is the biggest slap in the face... It's actions like that that keep me in the "I will not spend another red cent on this game" community.

Wow, they drop this info Friday afternoon then ignore it through Monday, not a single word. 10 days since the problem and nothing has been done, the only thing said nobody agrees with, and still we have silence.

- Those who where locked out weren't able for 8(!) HOURS at least to help out on clicking on HELP button, AQ, War, Solo events, Alliance Events.
- Those who weren't locked out didn't get that benefit of their Android alliance members to help them out.
Instead you're only focusing on who or what might have happened to Arena's.
This compensation is utter **** and you know it! And last of all: When are those compensations incoming ? Cause I haven't seen nothing of it.
This is an absolute outrage. I wasn't doing the voodoo arena I just wanted to help my alliance in our war we lost that war because 3/4 of our alliance is android users. I was locked out 8+ hrs. This response by kabam is insulting to the dedicated players of this game. Here's a few little useless trinkets that you'll wait weeks to get. SMH a happy player/customer is a returning happy player/customer. Give back a Lil value and you make a satisfied customer. What ever happened to the customer is always right.
still got nothing.. How much do I have to wait? I'm one of the grinder, I obtained Voodoo as well by spending more than 500+ units.. so where are the Arena Boosts and Stamina Refills promised??
How about some more feedback on this issue ? It's been asked quite a few times and I'll do it again, what do device statistics show in relation to rank rewards for each of the events, both solo and arena, and also, why weren't other game modes that were on a timer included in this as yet unreleased adjustment package ? I'm loosing more trust each day that goes by while the mods ignore us.
