Asking for help (arena refresh) needs serious overhaul and retooling

My alliance is active enough to know members hit the help button on a timely basis. but I still get the need to send for help a second and sometimes even a third time. This is becoming tedious. One request for help should be the maximum we have to do.
This is one of the many things that paint the executive team behind game design a bunch of sadists wanting to make things difficult and frustrating for the players.

2) If leaving help as is please swap the default view setting for arena to show champs needing help to show up on the bottom of list instead of the top. Yes, I understand its important for newer players to understand how that works so maybe once you reach summoner level 20 or 40 you swap it or at least give player the option to swap it as default view. When I grind arena I just want to plow through but help champs on top clutter stuff. Would much rather do All Helps at the end or skip requesting them. However, currently I have either have to click them (gets very laggy) or scroll down through them (wasting my time)
3) Somewhat as a tangent, also allow us a default filter, such as 5* so I no longer have to keep filtering out the 4*s while I am just grinding maximum points / effort for some milestones. Now I have to click that a lot rounds before selecting champs. Can you just make filters stay the same from the last round you did in that arena as default until player swaps it.
I would much rather see a help system tied to a player than the combination of player + arena champ. In this system an alliance mate helping would reduce cooldown of all your champs at once. Yes this may be 100 champs at once but stops a lot of clutter.
Also, sometimes I would be curious if you just removed the whole help system entirely for arena would it drastically cut back on server stability/lag issues. That is a lot less information you need to track, lots of inputs from arena grinders and those trying to answer their help requests. You already track a lot with cooldown on champs.
I would love if you would turn off arena help requests for a week. Just set the default cooldown to 1:50 for 1-4*, 6:30 for 5*, 11:30 for 6*, reward 1K daily loyalty automatically and skip the Alliance Help daily event. Compare if there is any noticeable increase in server stability, lag, etc. If yes, great - then time to start rethinking the alliance help concept in a way that isn't so taxing.
***** Here is another recent thread on the topic requesting similar: (and I'm sure there are others!) ***** https://forums.playcontestofchampions.com/en/discussion/96144/help-all-button#latest
(-- Along with the list i provided in the link to the other thread, add to it a "skip/opt out checkbox" to skip dialogue on event quests, at the least once you've explored one of the difficulties. It's just more necessary screen tapping and delays to getting though the content, especially if you've already read it once.)
The amount of micro transactions in this game are ridiculous. They need to take some time to refresh and streamline the user/player interface/user experience in a few areas. I feel I waste so much time jumping back and forth from one screen to the next loading, as well as, this Help request time overhead.
There is solid feedback on this issue from the community, KABAM!!
Acutally, search for "arena help" . It's laughable how many threads there are on this topic.
This aspect of the game needs to be retooled or removed altogether.
Reduce cooldown times accordingly (as if all 5ppl cleared them). Add 1k Loyalty to daily log in calendar. Keep energy requests the same. Problem solved!
