Regardless of when people choose to explore, Kabam stated a time, and people expected them to keep to that.
We wanted to give an update for players who were negatively impacted by the timing of the de-ranking of the Summoned Symbioid while completing the event quest. For players who were actively in a fight in the Blood and Venom Symbiomancer quest after 9:30 AM Pacific time on November 7, we'll be sending three Tier 5 Occult Lab Crystals. We plan on sending these out by the end of next week.

This is really not what Kabam is offering as compensation for not following the rules of the Contest that were published when the event went live ... right?
For all the debating on, "you shouldn't have waited so late ..." That shouldn't be part of the conversation. Kabam laid down a set of rules for an event. Kabam violated those rules. In a game where Kabam provides a service (the game), for compensation (in-game purchases) ... this has to be violation of Terms of Service.
All I want is a timer that accurately reflects the time difference between the stated rank down and the actual rank down, and 100 strands to activate the boosts I had active when my symbiod was ranked down mid run. Either that, or Kabam can just take this on the chin, and say "If you were X percent completed on X difficulty ... and you were actively that that mode of game play during the time the Symbiote was ranked down... then you're entitled to the exploration rewards of that given difficulty." That seems like a pretty fair, and viable solution...
I think two paths (though I only had 4 fights left (I was at Karnak on my final path)) , is MORE that doable in 21minutes.
Player was playing supermission actively (you can know it) when symbiote was nerfed
Player has completed at least 90% of supermission (you can know it) when symbiote was nerfed
If you do, you could filter of players were at least 2 paths away from exploring and winning awards... 30 minutes for 2 paths: if a player was there, it is easy to figure out he was spending units (EVEN REAL MONEY AS ME) to finish exploration and get awards.
Just filter like this, obtain list of players, and give them featured 5 star crystal. Why? Because they deserved it and you stopped them from finishing violating Terms and announces.
Just in my case... if you do not give me this crystal I have had paid 22€ real money for (that same day buying units), I will continue playing, yes, because I love your game, but can be sure I will not pay in the future for nothing anymore, and I suggest people here to do the same.

As I said, I spent 22€ to get that crystal and was 1 path away from it when you nerfed symbiote (have my screenshots). I feel like I will not pay anymore money to kabam in the future depending of how do you take care of affected players.

This message was posted 4 days ago. The inital issue occurred nearly a week ago. And after 3 submitted and closed tickets, still no word on how this issue is being rectified, and on top of that the pity package you all said were being sent out still hasn't been sent out. At this point it seems like a deliberate attempt to stale us out in hope that our voices will die down. But I can promise mines isnt. I've dedicated 2+ years of my time, money, and effect ( all willing) to your product. Thru all the silent nerfs, 12.0, unexplained war rating reductions, lagging and bugs, we as a fan base has stayed loyal. Now the one time there is a clear cut issue on your end the apologizes are no where near as swift as when players mess up. Even worse is not once have you all apologized or issues any type of ownership in the issue at hand. This is the #1 gaming app on most platforms and it's because of your player base. This was the perfect opportunity to show that yall actually care about us beyond how much we are willing to spend and the ball is and was royally dropped. Nobody here is begging for a hand out, we just want what's advertised to be real and not false.

Is this the resolution or the compensation for the mistake while working on a resolution. Because no where is this fair. I have 2 accounts and you were clearly able to identify which one was affected and yet you can't figure out a way to resolve this. I will not claim this on the grounds of this being the resolution to the issue. And to use "last minutes" is almost a play down on the situation. The only issue of time that matters is the one that was advertised. In any other profession this would be viewed as false advertisement and a reportable offense. Throwing us 750 5* shards does not excuse your lack of execution in the matter . I can't speak for everyone else but I only had 4 fights to 100% Symbiote difficulty and fully boosted. Plenty of time to complete. Please tell me this isnt the compensation for cheating me out of my 5* and t4cc........
In korea until 3AM I was playing the Symbiod quest
There was 4champ to complete all quest to get 5 star chrystal
I spent 2000unit to clear chapter
But you shutdown the Symbiod powerbefore 10 minitues
It takes 2minitues to clear 4chapms
But you gave me small 3 chyritals for this error as reimbursement
I'm sorry to hear that you are disappointed by the compensation items in relation to this issue. I understand that this may be an unfortunate situation for those hoping to complete the event before its end and we apologize again to those affected by this issue.
Kabam sent out the t5 crystals as a consolation, and they closed the main thread, even though the community that this impacts ... still does not feel the issue is resolved appropriately. I would suggest submitting a Terms of Service complaint to the itunes/google play store (pending on your device). They flat out did not abide by the terms of the event that were published. The Symbiotie was supposed to be ranked down AFTER the end of the event.

So I just got all 750 5* shards. I'll let the GooglePlay store determine whether this is a violation of their Terms of Service or not.
