Inside “clean rooms” (ie, NASA spaceship or telescope lense making), or factory production floors, bio-labs, etc. yes. But then wouldn’t have alternate phones either, and just in those particular locations. And if because don’t want electronic means for recording or transmitting confidential information out from, well work issued phone if plays this game would still be able to send stuff out from also, or still receive personal calls (although guess they could track the calls).
