    In the tv show ultimate Spider-Man he becomes green goblin when injected with venoms DNA. Therefore green goblin should be cosmic.

    Ollyoxenfree that's not how it works. They're doing to classic GG, so it'll be the comically accurate Goblin Serum. It was an attempt to recreate the supersoldier serum, like the one that made Captain America, who is a Science class

    Green Goblin abilties belong to the Tech class. No doubt about that.
    His history or past is another thing.

    And Dr. Octopus abilities also don't belong to the science class, unless he is the first in that class with those type of abilities

    Also what's comical about the goblin serum. Maybe I don't get the joke.

    The new TV series about Spider-man is not at all reflective of the original comics, it has a separate story.

    As for tech Spidey that is because in the movies Stark enhanced his suit with a bunch of Iron Man tech that had an artificial intelligence and electrical web shooters among other things. His original powers are still science based.
