I have a 4* 3/30 Loki, I spent like 500 units and I couldn't get him down, how do I do it? Block damage is insane when I don't want to parry

Medusa can work, but you run into the same issues with other fights, until you get to sp3 you cannot parry, but once you get to sp3 you can fight normally.
It’s vtd toxic armor that takes him down. Just have to know when to parry him to activate the armor up buff.
Ultron as a buff, that allows him to regen every 15 sec 50% of his max health.
In addition, he as 3 buffs that alternates every 7-8 seconds. One armor, one Fury and one Power Gain. These buff are not active, but they become active when you place a debuff on him.
Therefore, if you stun him when he as the fury buff, the buff will become active and he will hit you like a Mack Truck. The same when he as the power gain buff, if it becomes active you will get instant ko from a Sp3.
Some of the best Champs to beat him are Medusa, if you apply armor break on him, he becomes pretty easy to beat.
Void as some great mecanics also that reverse healing, and so does CAIW.
Since I dont have any of these champion, I took him down with Loki 4* 4/5 duped.
The strategy was simple, when he had the fury buff, I parry stun him, to activate is buff, then I throw in a Sp1 to steal the fury buff, by then the fight is pretty much over, since my hits could easily do 8-10k damage per hit.
Rince and repeat 2-3 times and Ultron was down with less than 40 hits.
They are other strategy with loki, but this one is the one that suited me. A max 3* duped Loki can do the job. Again the trick is to steal is fury buff.
Hope this help
Tried using a 5/50 Medusa but never seemed to get it to work properly. If you can get an armor shatter on then you're golden, but otherwise it can be very painful.
I ultimately used a 4/55 Blade with GR synergy the last few times for 100% explore.
What I'm wondering is why anyone would spend tons of units trying to complete Act 5 with a 3/30 attacker? It is not my place to say what people should push themselves to do, but I am curious if this is now considered a reasonable expectation for players out there. It was considered a stretch to complete with 4/40s when it first came out, but there was nothing else after that so there was no reason not to level up your attackers. Is the existence of Cavalier and Act 6 actually prompting players to believe they are supposed to push through Act 5 with champions I would have had trouble completing Act 4 with back in the day? That seems to be a recipe for burnout.
Do you all think I should take my Loki to 4/40?
I forgot to mention, I do have a 3/45 Blade and I have GR, how do I use him? Just fight normally?
Nebula can work well but she will end up taking a lot of block damage
Proxima can work really well as u can parry him without him triggering his buffs
Blade with gr and starky would also work well
Not sure about this but ST with KM synergy can also work well..he has 100% AAR when opponent is under a debuff and parry is a debuff so in theory he can parry reliably well
Void can work if u can get those petrify up early
I got most of him down with VTD. Then killed him off with sym supreme.
It usually isn't the "normal" fights that get you when you try to do difficult content. It is usually one or two curveball fights you just don't have any answer for. The most common curveballs that stop players in their tracks are: biohazard and other damage over time effects, defenders that stack huge amount of buffs, defenders that go unstoppable a lot, defenders that heal a lot, defenders that have a ton of power gain, and defenders that autoblock or autoevade a lot (including mesmerize).
You'll want answers to all of these, and Loki has answers to some of them. And a rank up to 4/40 is not so costly that you'll regret it later.
Quick update, I finally did it using Blade and some Proxima, Blade works like a charm
