Hawkeye powerdrain on immunity node

Why is that hawkeye powerdrain doesnt work on immunity node while vision magik does work???

    Winter Soldier works also vs immune to status effect enemies and nodes.

    To the best of my understanding, power drain is a debuff. Power steal/burn are abilities. Abilities work on immunity nodes, debuffs do not.

    I agree that the Visions interact with nodes in 5.2 in a way I would not have expected... not sure of the reason for that yet.
