Sunspot can't control heat. He can absorb and project it (By contrast, Pyro would be an example of a mutant who can control fire but not generate it).

I've voted Human Torch; but on reflection I think the win goes to whoever is the Attacker.
Both of these champs are immune to reach others main offensive ability; Incinerate.
I'd expect Human Torch to win easily if he's the Attacker; as you'd just use his pre-fight ability to bypass Sunspots Incinerate immunity and he'd be annihilated. Torch also has a Stun on his SP2, which would be handy.
Conversely, Sunspot would probably also win as an attacker; as he'd constantly gain both Power and Solar charges and could fire off multiple Special-1s, build up Flare state and gain a massive damage boost on his SP2.
Either way it's a longer fight than usual; but I'd expect the attacker to win using a bit of strategy.
