Parry not working

Tower Energy - Too Many Ways to Lose Keys
Kabam really need to review the Keys issue with Towers. First it was "supposedly" the double taps on Next that my players lose keys. Now is it lost connection. I finished my fight, won, then got disconnected, log back in, it recognised that I've won the fight, but still lost the Key. Hope Keys compensation coming soon.

App Stuck on Initial Loading Screen
I try to open the app and it’s stuck on the initial loading screen and just says loading with the circle going around in the bottom right corner without ever moving to logging in and the next transitional screen before the menu. Anyone else having this issue? iPhone 13 128G no storage issues.
I keep losing keys due to poor connection
I have been doing the tower event and its been fine, but there have been numerous times where I complete a fight, and the end of fight summary keeps loading.
