I had 19980 titan shards yesterday, today i found myself with only 500 shards Any idea how this happened or how i can fix this bug !!!

Phone over heating during Towers
Has anybody experienced this problem? Phone is over heating really fast and getting really hot while playing towers. Multiple people in my alliance have had to shut their phone off and wait for it to cool down. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Tier 3 alloy crystal bug
I have 23 tier 3 alloy crystals that I bought from radiance and essentia. When I go to my crystals, there are no tier 3 alloy crystals there for me to open. I know that I have the crystals because everytime I bought it said how much I own. Is this a bug? Does everyone have it or just me?
