I tried to open the game today, but it says my account has been permanently suspended, my alliance guys told me it might be because of 2 devices, I play on my tablet when at home and my phone when im bored in college, i didn’t know this was bannable, could anybody help me out please? Just got done with the crucible (took me around 4k units I don't wanna talk about it), and now I can take up my first 2 rank 4s. I'm having a hard time beating spider Gwen in book 1 act 5 chapter 4 she has indefinite regeneration buff attached so my champions cannot knock down any points she stays at 100%. I've loaded all types of **** on my top champ but nothing is working. Any help would be appreciated

How is Dust still bugged on pc??
It's been almost a month now since dust has made pc users crash within a couple seconds of fighting her. It's gotten to the point where you just constantly have 1 less ban in battlegrounds even though the fight is normally free. It's been about a month and it's still not fixed? How is this not an immediate priority?

Alliance relic ranked rewards
Is there any indication how long the rewards will take to come out? The alliance I’m in is disbanding so I either need to sacrifice relic rewards for decent war rewards or vice Versa 🥲 put up a decent score, should be top 10%
