Is ascension completely RNG based? Like all the ascension champs will be in a crystal and you have to spin that shi like it’s a titan? Or can you choose who you want to ascend at least for some of the champs?

It seems the stats for ascended champions have come back but I’m still missing 300k rating from my total base hero rating..? I was above 9.5m and im still sat at 9.2m is this still being worked on?
