Just adding my +1 to this, it is almost purposefully biased towards the defender. Use herc and activate your striker your immortality ticks down as you're not attacking anymore. But use herc pre-immortality and activate striker next to a damaging aura (OR, Vision Ark etc) and you take damage while the striker is in effect.…

I've said this before as a recommendation for EQ as well: If you complete a harder difficulty then you should be able to auto-complete easier difficulties for just the energy cost. Same error in Cav EQ Wong quest. Restarting quest didn’t work. Restarting game didn’t work. 70 energy lost - all path fights were fine and it only errored when trying to enter the boss fight.
