• If you read the node for tranquility, it doesn't say that both champs are power drained, but that power is reset to 0. I think that is why it still works.

• Scarlet Witch, Peni Parker, Nebula are all champs I've used and liked. It comes down to who you like playing with. Don't rank someone up just because everyone says they are good. There's a chance you won't like their play style and never end up using them.
