While I would agree it’s certainly not working how it was before, I wouldn’t be so quick to assume it is a bug. I may be mistaken but I can’t see in his abilities where it says they should reset. Just that stacks above 15 last for 5 seconds and are capped at 20.

In aq today I got hit by hoods sp1. Was stunned after the shock expired and the AI didn’t attack until after the stun wore off. You can say adapt and that is fine but there is no way the AI should be playing that passively

“Tentacles Hits reduce 100% of damage inflicted by enemy abilities that deal passive damage when they are struck.” Could it be that psychic thorns is not an enemies ability as it comes from the node?

Void can do massive damage if they have massive regen

Not sure which but one of the bosses in EQ has a node that means instant ko on sp3

That would make it too easy to explore quests and also you could run through a map and pick up revives with no cost whatsoever
