It have to change, with all the difficult counters they add + with tons of R3 defenders and high health pool on different content. She's seriously getting VERY boring to use, fights take so long, but she still the one that saved me the most units ever. She still the best imo.

The matchup in general is very fair in fact but it take a lot of time because it's now only depend on the War Rating, not Overall nor Prestige rating. It's faire when you are pretty much set to your real War rating Average.

By the way does the chronometer stop as soon as the last boss is down or when you get all the rewards, I stopped mine after Rewards

3 for 1 is perfect, 1 for 1 would be totally dumb.. You could literally chose your class by doing that.. On the other hand it would be great to make 3 t4cc for 1 chosen class t4c (instead of random class). I think it would be fair

Even if in my opinion she would be a bad hero (nothing exceptional except that she is super strong) I think it would be a great addition

Sounds like it happened to you, but see it the other way. If someone decide to leave the alliance after placing his defender plus his defender suddenly get removed from the map it would be very costly for all the other members of that alliance, I think it's perfect and fair the way it is.

If you decided to rank them up why would you want to sell them once they have been buffed?!? Namor and Cull have been nerfed that's the only reason why you can temporarily sell them but those who have been and will be buffed there is no good reasons to make them sellable..
