Having the same issue, there's another thread about this problem but not many are commenting on it. I assume it has to do with the "server latency issues" it says is going on at the top of the forums.

I have this problem also, if it helps I play this on an Android 9 and Android 10 RCT device but only the Android 9 is having the shaders and effects problem. Hope it gets resolved soon.

@Masterpuff Dude gg You're farther in story content then my main is, I'm sadly in the dust with Crcrcrc on 6.3.1 right now but to be fair I just completed 6.2 a few days ago.

People like you are the reason the game is stale Well I disagree, honestly the abyss is difficult enough and I think cav players are 100% correct that anything harder then abyss really shouldn't happen, at least until r4 6*s exist.
