Same is happening for me, sent a ticket in yesterday and still no fix as of yet. This literally cost me 800 units in 5.3 before I realized other were having the same problem.

28 nanotech crystals opened, 3 3-star champions (thor, loki and aou vision) and the rest were all 2-stars. So your communication regarding lower 2-star rates and higher 3-star and 4-star featured hero rates was a straight up lie!! #Iwantmy4200unitsback!!
