Purchases no longer available!! HELP!!!

I got this problem last night. Right after that, I tried to uninstall the game and then reinstall, it didn't work.
I logged out Google account and then restart the device, and signed back in Google account. It didn't work either...
I sent a ticket to support center hoping they can answer me. But no one response.....
So I searched for this problem and noticed that many ppl got the same problem and they never been fixed....
Kabam they leaves us?

    Hey PrinceTom, I'm sorry to hear you're unable to make purchases in the game. Please be patient and our Support Team will respond to your ticket as quickly as possible.

    It's possible that this particular issue is related to your Google Play account, rather than your Kabam account. Therefore, I recommend reviewing Google's Play's Help page for payment issues such as this, located HERE. There's also an option available at the bottom of that page to contact Google Play's Support Team.
