Can't use 2015 rank up gem if you have same class 2016 rank up gem

I got 2 2015 science r4 gems and 1 2016 science r4 gem. I wanted to rank 4 my luke cage by using 2015 rank up gem but in rank up window it does not show option of using 2015 rank up gem. It show catalysts and 2016 rank up gem

    A known problem, they are working on a long-term solution.

    In meantime, open a Support Ticket and ask them to apply the desired Rankup Gem for you.
