Still crickets? It’s getting pretty sad that the season is almost over and nobody knows where they really stand

C’mon @Kabam Miike ..... this isn’t really fair. You have a known issue and alliances don’t know where they stand in season ratings. If you were able to fix war rating so quickly, surely you are able to show the adjusted season standings. Only 8 days left. We deserve an update before the season ends.
Unfortunately, Season Score is very different than War Rating. It's not nearly as easy. We're working on it and should have more information for you soon.
Thank you for the response, it’s appreciated. However, how complicated is it to remove everyone’s score from the same war? I fully understand the tier and knock on issues created by war rating and war tier, and how that impacts subsequent wars. That is a different issue that you’ll need to address. However, simply removing the points scored in the exact same war for everyone can’t be that complicated. It’s no more complicated than adjusting the war rating. A fair resolution to those that lost a tier, that is complicated. The rest of us would like to know where we stand in the rankings with that war removed for everyone BEFORE the season ends. This doesn’t seem unreasonable to me. You can then sort out the other complications created from this issue. Comments?

@Kabam Miike is our war rating going to be adjusted down before the end of the season? This should not be a difficult question

The War Rating adjustment should have been completed days ago when we said it was. If you don't think it has been, we need more information. You can start with your Alliance's name, and we'll let you know if there is more that we need.
The alliance name is DarkRealm Redeemers Tag RDMRZ. We won war 5 and our war rating was never reduced. Please let me know when this is going to happen
I'm sorry, I know why people are confused. There was no REMOVAL of War Rating for those that Won, just adding War Rating for those that Tied/Lost. I'll clear this up.
Please tell me this isn’t true? If this is the case, people advanced war rating and possibly war tier in a war that didn’t count (and we were told in advance it didn’t count). Why would that rating be allowed to stand when they may have faced an alliance (like many of us) that didn’t bother fighting since you told us it didn’t count and wouldn’t reimburse for item usage. This is even more unfair than I thought.

Please explain how. 2 alliances go into war 5 it 2000 rating. One gets bumped up to 2050 and one goes down to 1950 1950 then gets moved back to 2000 while 2050 stays the same. In what world does this "nullify" to you?
It's very simple. It's an interconnected system. War A wins and takes 50 WR from War B. War B loses their 50 WR. Which means War A is ahead 50. Giving the 50 back to War B means War A shows 50 more, but they're no further ahead because War B has their 50 back. So they're no longer 50 ahead. Get it?

I honestly don’t know what to say at this point or how you can even call this a fair season.

Please correct me where I’m wrong :
    1) you allowed war 5 to count for war rating impacting subsequent wars (tiers)

    2) you eventually adjusted war rating but only for those that lost or tied. Those that won were allowed to advance, possibly to higher tier, based on a war rating points earned on a war that didn’t count. For those that lost or tied, you just brought them back to where they were by restoring war rating. This means those that won a war that didn’t count benefitted for the entire rest of the season, where those that lost were at a disadvantage.

    3) there are 3 wars left in the season and you still haven’t removed the points from war 5 so no alliance even knows where they really stand.

How can you even call this a fair season? I’m not sure what adjustments you will make at the end to compensate people, and I will wait for that, but the way this was handled based on what you described means the entire integrity of the season is in question.

This is the reason I had this "misunderstanding"

Yes, that was a mistake where I think I mixed it up with Season score. There's a lot going on right now, and I apologize that I mixed that up. You can see in the first post, and our known issues post that we didn't mention those.

    I am sorry about that.

I’m just curious/concerned with where we actually stand in the leaderboard. We purposely lost war 5 but not being sure how close we really are to that next bracket (maybe all the groups ahead of us also lost?) makes it hard to decide whether we should be pushing or not.

Haha are you serious? Did you even read my example? The war ratings went from 2000 and 2000 to 2000 and 2050. After war 5 the winning alliance will be up by 100 until they remove the war rating from the losing alliance and then they will still be up by 50. Please don't go to the casino ever lol
How does an Alliance lose and keep War Rating? The loss of Rating is what they're correcting. Your example is not logical.

Your example omits the fact that it went from 2000 vs. 2000 to 1950 vs. 2050. That disparage you're describing is what takes place naturally when one wins and one loses. Where they stand after the fact doesn't pertain to the War they fought. Your relationship to Alliance B ends when the War is over. Meaning, giving back the 50 you took from them nullifies that War itself. It's a stalemate.

I understand what you are saying, but within the context of the War, you have one side that wins 50 and one side that loses 50. The losing side sacrifices 50 Points, and it goes to the winning side. I understand what you're saying, but adding 100 Points to the losing side gives double what they lost. Taking away 50 for a Win that's already been rewarded becomes more complex. You're not playing for 100 Points in that example. You're playing for 50. 50 on the board that goes from either side that ends up the losing side.

The losing side is getting back the Rating they lost, plus Win Rewards. (I believe.)
The winning side is keeping the Rating they earned, and the Win Rewards.
That's about as fair as you're going to get. The other side is the removal of the Points which will apply to the Season Rewards.
