Where is my red guardian?

in Bugs and Known Issues
So I win a five star red guardian from the $49 package, only for him to not appear in my character list.
Whyyy?

Any advice would be appreciated

    I did that already, where can it be discussed? It's a problem that they took my money and haven't delivered on a product/service right? Wouldn't other people want to know, maybe it happened to others?

    Did you pull him from the crystals? If not then buying the bundle doesnt just give you the character automatically

    The Support Team is best equipped to look into issues look this. You can reach them from the game's home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".
