Love all the new content. I'm just a little confused about the 6 hrs as well. So can multiple bounties be opened within the 6 hrs? or can only one at a time?
If multiple can be open within 6 hrs u can only participate in one.

So, let me try and explain this the best I can. Each Alliance can only have one Test of Valor running at a time (For 6 hours). So if you were to find a way to do more than those at one time, then there is something suspicious going on and is not okay.
If you were to stay in 1 Alliance during this whole event, then that's not something you need to worry about at all.
Quest completion:
100% all difficulties - 2,000,000 Points
Arena:
4* FEATURED arena (No other arena features Valor Rewards):
8 Arenas will run that will award Valor
Each arena has a maximum payout of 150,000 Valor for all milestones (Hitting 4M Points) If you stop there, you will probably fall within the 1-30% brackets, averaging 70,000 Valor per arena (Assuming split between 1-10% and 11-30% is equal). You can earn further Valor through higher points, but the max payout for ranked rewards is going to be 100,000 Valor.
You will average 220,000 Valor per arena assuming you hit 4M.If you do that in all 8 arenas that run from November 2nd-30th, you will gain 1,760,000 for arenas.
The Maximum possible payout for finishing in the #1 spot in all featured arenas is 250,000/arena. Over 8 arenas, that’s 2,000,000 Valor.
Solo Events:
Assuming you are actually on a competing level in this game, you can earn 22,900 Valor for hitting all the milestones in the Vanquishing Blows Event (Owning 3 or more 3/30 4*).
Assuming these exist the same duration like the 22 hour Spiderman/Guardians Hero Use events and the 2 hour downtime between events (Lines up with the November 1st @5pm PDT and end date at 4PM PDT. Daylight savings accounts for the hour displacement, BTW). This means that 34 solo events will run during this event.
All 34 solo events will award 778,600 Valor for milestone rewards. (22,900 per day for all milestones)
Assuming you just grab the milestone rewards, you’ll pick up an additional 7k valor per event. If you go all out, you’ll most likely land in the top 20% Bracket, which rewards 27,500 Valor per solo event. Just to refresh, that’s 238,000 extra valor from the ranked rewards from hitting the final milestone all 34 times, and if you grind immensely, you’ll be looking at 935,000 Valor for ranking in the top 30% Bracket.
Alliance Event (Tests of Valor): Note from Author: I don’t fully understand this one, but I’ll give it a shot. -Clobs
Each alliance member can complete in 4 Tests of Valor a day, at maximum. However, this requires perfect precision in getting. While you do technically have 5 hours of leeway, that’s over a month, and we don’t know the exact amount of Valor earned to create a Bounty Hunt, therefore making this highly unlikely. Instead, I’ll just do the calculations for 1 Bounty Hunt/Day and multiply it all out at the end of this section.
Each Bounty hunt lasts 6 hours, and awards 6k Valor.
The event spans over 35 days( Runs for 25 more hours than the Solo events, might just be an issue with DST), therefore, if you do 1x Bounty Hunt each day, you’ll scoop up 210,000 Valor over the span of this event’s runtime. If you do 2x per day, that’s 420,000(Haha) over the event’s runtime, 3x is 630,000 and 4x is 840,000.
That’s every possible method for earning Valor that is public yet
This can be summed up in this lil’ formula for reference:
2,000,000(All Quest Difficulties 100%) + 220,000 x (# of arenas where you reach 4M points) + 29,900 x (# of 24 hour solo events where you reach all milestones) + 6,000 x (# of Bounty hunts you compete in) = Total Valor
However, let’s get a lil’ less math in here for you, and a lil’ more math for me. Let’s consider the following scenario:
Moderate to hardcore grinder:
100% all 4 Quest difficulties
Get 4M points in all 8 featured arenas that run during the event
Get every single milestone over all 34 solo events
Run 2.5 bounty hunts per day over all 35 days where they are available (Rough estimate)
If you do ALL of that, you’ll be left with the whelming sum of…. 5,301,600 Valor
MAX POSSIBLE VALOR:
Assuming the stars align for you, this is the following criteria to land that sweet sweet duped 5* Gladiator Thor.
100% all 4 event quests
GET THE TOP SPOT IN ALL 8 FEATURED ARENAS
LAND FIRST PLACE IN THE VANQUISHING BLOWS EVENT
RUN 4 BOUNTY HUNTS EVERY DAY (REQUIRES IMPECCABLE ALLIANCE COORDINATION)
MAX POSSIBLE VALOR: 6,808,600
All the other calculations are on you guys. That should give you a ballpark, however.
For the arenas it states that only the first four star featured will get valor points. Does it mean only new champ release (hella and Thor only?) or the first 4* arena per week (weekend arena?) Does it mean we can only get valor points in arena once a week?
SO IS THIS ANOTHER EVENT THAT IS MADE FOR THOSE THAT HAVE BEEN PLAYING FOR YEARS OR HAVE LOTS OF MONEY TO SPEND. BECAUSE IT SEEMS LIKE YOU GUYS ALWAYS MAKE IT ESPECIALLY HARD FOR US NEWER USERS. I NEVER HAD A GOOD ENOUGH PHONE OR A TABLET SO I BARELY COULD GET INTO THE GAME OR I WOULD HAVE SOONER,. IM A DEVOTED MARVEL FAN. IM JUST NOT RICH. HOPEFULLY YOU GUYS DIDNT MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANY OF THE GOOD REWARDS
I don't understand the Bounty Missions.
So there are 4 difficulties, each has 5 paths with 2 fights on each path. It means there are 20 paths in total and 5 alliance members can play on each difficulty for the 5 paths.
However, why does it states "Initiator needs at least 15 Alliance members to complete at least one difficulty"?
Pretty sure that sentence itself is incorrect. Isn't it supposed to be "Initiator needs at least 5 Alliance members to complete at least one difficulty"?
I thought it needs 20 members to complete all 20 paths.
I don't know who wrote all that but looks like it's not good enough of an explaination.
To add to that, if a summoner can play this Bounty Mission once every time it's discovered, does it mean a summoner can only play one difficulty instead of multiple difficulties of the same mission?
All the other calculations are on you guys. That should give you a ballpark, however.
Thanks for reading! ~Clobberin’ Time
So the 5th t4cc price that would require a total of over 8 mil valor is purely cosmetic and not actually obtainable. While funny, Kabam you should read this and adjust the inflation on the multiple item purchase to make it physically possible on the more expensive items. Oh wait will rifts/scrap like purchase be available to cover the gap?

It's only 15. Your Alliance doesn't have to complete every path of every Difficulty. They're single player Quests that are available to your entire Alliance, so as long as 15 Summoners complete a single Path, you're helping the Summoner that triggered it to claim the Initiator Rewards.

how are the initiators determined? is it possible that there will be an unfair distribution of initiators?
It states in the description that you'll be penalized if you enter more than one bounty/Test of Valor every 6 hours. Will there be a timer to let us know when the 6 hours is up? Or will we be locked out being able to enter the bounty?
The reason I'm asking is because there might be back-to-back bounties that will overlap into the 6 hour window, despite bounties being open for 6 hours. Eg. Bounty A opens at 1200. I enter Bounty A and clear it at 1600. At 1800, when Bounty A closes, Bounty B opens and I clear it immediately (at 1800). This will result in me clearing 2 bounties within a 6 hour window, causing me to be penalized.
Thanks in advance.
It's not based on a 6 hour window of your start time, it's based on a 6 hour window of the start time of the Bounty Mission itself, so if you completed 2 before 1800, then that's a problem. If you completed one at 1600 (but it started at 1200) and another at 1800, that's totally fine.
Hopefully that makes sense? Let me know if anything is unclear.
"2 before 1800 is a problem"
Is there no systematic control here? Are you talking about alliance hopping? Need a better understanding of WTH you mean.
Let me simplify. Will I be able to join every Bounty if I am in one alliance?

Yes you can. The 6 hours is counted from the start of the bounty. Generally what it means is you can’t do the same bounty twice.

So what are the chances that a person or persons in the alliance will never trigger one due to the time of the quest an amount of people in the alliance. It just seems so random an many could miss out

One last question. is there any downtime between missions or can mission B start as soon as Mission A ends?
