Account banned

Today I find out I have been banned without any reason .I wrote three times on Kabam and I got and email back like they done the investigation on my acc and was been using cheating. I strongly recommend review and check my acc with the name in the game. Begformercyx! because I didn't use any cheat and it my be a issues from software or anything else but not cheat...The email in the game is Begformercyx@outlook.com Please check my acc I am so frustrated because I work almost 5 years and is not possible to get kicked without a reason.Many thanks Teodor

    Wasn’t one with an”X”, but (unrelated to potential cheating), your alliance name, and numerous of your alternate account player names, should all have their NAMES replaced to something less offensive.

    I hope no of you will happening the same as me, because then you will go crazy to find out they don't have a reason to kick you out but they have the power to do it without any explanation .Then I will bet on anything to see your faces. Guys this is not a joke is serios on anybody can happening to get banned without any kind of cheat so please take it seriously it my be a problem of software or anything else...
