I know Kabam doesn't want to make 3* relics too good but come on man this is a bit too useless.

    There's a big difference between a three star relic and a 4 star plus relic. Take the gambit relic, the three star version doesn't increase precision at all. But by all means explain how the three star version is great and what the beeper does
