New problems for old...how can such incompetence exist in a 10 old game???
Precisely because the game is so old, the problems arise. Adding code on top of code on top of code on top of features on top of champions on top of modes on top of stores on top of nodes makes everything infinitely more complicated. Go fight RoL Winter Soldier with any champion and really try to think about everything that has to be happening in order for you to do that.
I'm not defending Kabam because they certainly can do better, but i'm also not going to pretend like this is an easy job for them
As I now have the unclaimable compensation sitting in my inbox, one thing I notice is that there are no raid tickets that would've been earned had AQ been active. Between the lack of tickets and now having to spend to recoup those tickets, the comp is significantly less valuable than a week of AQ.

If they can somehow put the game on unreal (I know that would be a TON of effort), I think it would run much better

I'm always around, and so is my team. Many times I personally post and set things up as the MCOC Team, as does the team. I also respond directly to many posts as there are many to respond to. But, where you're not seeing my personal posting, you're seeing Kabam (Osaurus) Rex and Kabam Pinwheel. The point is for the Community team to be more visible, not just a single person.

There are some battles not worth fighting. You can't give everyone the extra rewards because that would take forever with pulling data and whatnot, and do you really want them to be spending a lot of time taking back those rewards instead of the million other things that need done, like fixing bugs? You aren't being robbed by anyone if someone else was able to grab raid chests and you couldn't.
Really?? I am now robbed of 180 raid tickets. If we had not enlisted and didn't pay the tickets, we still would have got all of the raid rewards. How can you stick your head in the sand like that. I don't need the rewards again, I want the 180 tickets back

Thr shards are for people who enlisted for raids before they went down and then were prevented from entering when they came back
While you re at it ( aka fix), can you please also fix the new solo events bug, that you need to click on it (multiple times) to make the numbered notifications disappear? @Kabam Pinwheel

That is a separate comp. This is for the missed week of AQ. The comp for those that missed raids is pending and I am not sure if it has a date yet or not.
How can we trust, "we have taken steps to make sure this doesn't happen again" when bugs like the unclaimable rewards aren't exactly new here?
A while ago there was a post or series of posts where a dev actually talked through how specific bugs came to be introduced. Maybe similar posts should start happening again to highlight whether it is poor quality control, general carelessness, poor understanding of the games code when making updates, etc. that is to blame.

I understand that you are part of the Forum Guardian and does what you can help and pass on information, and have no control on what is going here or other part of the game issue. So this isn't targeted at you.
However you can understand how this whole situation is very frustrating for players, it also bring to question the level to competent at Kabam when discussing and working out these things internally. It really doesn't take much to see how this solution is not correct and complete unbalanced to the community as a whole, some get stuffs at no cost or effort, while other have to pay a lot of resources and time for the same. 180 tickets cost a lot fo resources.
Any idiot would of seen that is was a bad solution.
A simple it would be too hard (take too much time) to do it properly is not exactly an excuse that players can sit with.
So far this run of Raid:-
*Map design badly *Cancel of Raid didn't work properly, some could still continue doing Raid after it was "cancelled" and players couldn't join. *Restart didn't work properly *Glory Compensation delay for over 1 week *And then some smart a*** came of with solution to compensate Alliance that didn't/couldn't join *And then still when the compensation finally come out it it still bug.
Honestly if this doesn't scream incompetent then I don't know what is.
I actually feel very sorry for Kabam staffs I believe they work and try very hard, this seem to me this is a issue arrived from staffs being layout profit margin, and whoever is left being over work.
We are coming up to 2 biggest spending events, Kabam, I please with you, please give the players, the community a reason to have faith in the company again, rebuild some trust and believe ro the players that Kabam isn't run by monkeys, and that it is for the players to spend their hard earn money into the game.

The bugs don't exactly get fixed, (well, except for the ones discovered in champions that were released years ago), so yes.
