UPDATE: Act 5 Chapter 4 Delayed

Hey everyone,
As some of you may very well have noticed, Act 5 Chapter 4 has been delayed until further notice. We know this is disappointing to many of you, but we are committed to ensuring that Act 5 Chapter 4 has the smoothest possible release. As we have mentioned before, we are still investigating the root cause of the intermittent issues and plans for compensation, but we do not feel comfortable releasing Act 5 Chapter 4 in an environment where you may not be able to enjoy it as it was intended.
We will update this thread and the original Act 5 Chapter 4 Thread HERE with additional information as receive it.

First off, we know it's frustrating to have content delayed. It certainly was not part of our plan to delay this, and we know you want to know exactly when it's coming, or at least something more specific than "we don't know."
Unfortunately, we don't know yet and we don't want to tell everyone a date and time, only to have the issues not be resolved and to have to do this song and dance again and again. We can't share information we don't have. I know it doesn't seem like it, but "delayed until further notice" is exactly as much info as WE have. We're keeping an eye on things and making sure the issues are resolved before we make a decision on when to launch Chapter 4, and when we do know that, you will know right away.
