MCoC Iron Patriot buff idea
Hey all! I recently pulled 5* Iron Patriot and I’m disappointed. So I thought I’d try to come up with a buff idea. Enjoy!
Sig: Recharge
Passive: When Iron Patriot is under the effects of a shock debuff, instead of taking damage, he gains X Arc energy every second for each active shock debuff, up to a maximum of 3 shock debuffs. If Iron Patriot is under the effect of more than 3 shock debuffs, he converts all shock debuffs into an Overloaded (passive) effect for 10 seconds. Opponents can’t cause shock debuffs while Iron Patriot is Overloaded. While Iron Patriot is Overloaded, he gains 75 Arc Energy and his Arc Energy doesn’t go down. After Overloaded wears off, Iron Patriot goes down to 0 Arc Energy and don’t gain Arc Energy for 7 seconds.
Passive: Next-generation armor reduces bleed damage, poison damage, and incinerate damage by 35%.
Iron Patriot begins the battle with 50 Arc Energy charges (passive effects). Iron Patriot can’t have more than 75 Arc Energy.
Finishing a 5-hit combo with a Medium attack: Iron Patriot has a 50% chance to cause a permanent Armor Break effect, reducing his opponents armor by 100, at the cost of 8 Arc Energy. Iron Patriot can’t stack more than 10 armor breaks.
Heavy attacks: Iron Patriot converts all armor breaks active armor breaks into a concussion debuff, reducing his opponent’s ability accuracy by 10% for each armor break consumed in this way.
When struck: If Iron Patriot loses more than 3% of his max health in a single blow, he consumes 15 Arc Energy and gains a force field buff for 9 seconds. While Iron Patriot is under the effects of a force field buff, he can’t lose more than 5% of his health from a single blow.
While Blocking: When Iron Patriot blocks an energy attack, he gains 5 Arc Energy.
Special Attacks: Stun opponents for 1 second for every 15 Arc Energy effects on Iron Patriot.
Synergys
Dark Avengers (with Sentry, and Symbiote Spider-Man)
Iron Patriot: Gains 1 Arc Energy after blocking an attack.
Symbiote Spider-Man: +50% chance to evade projectile attacks.
Sentry: Fury effects stack
Wolf in sheeps clothing (with Agent Venom)
Iron Patriot: Passively reduces ability accuracy of enemy Mutant champions by 20%.
Agent Venom: Attack is increased up to 50% based on lost health.
Split Personality (with Green Goblin)
Iron Patriot: +15% Attack damage against champions who are under under the effects of a passive effect.
Green Goblin: +25% power gained when struck.
