Another thing Id like to See differently in the future is how we deal with @GroundedWisdom.
Maybe just ignore him?
113 new posts today for me and not a tiny Bit of information: as always @GroundedWisdom is fine with all and everything Kabam did, said, wrote and he had the one and only correct interpretation - After Kabam days later posted what they really wanted to express in the initial statement where they failed completely!
And everybody else- inclusing myself - see a bunch of mistakes, miscommunication, misleading information in Kabams statement and their way to handle hundreds of further questions.
So lets make a Deal for the Next bug Kabam implements - according to the last 3 weeks we dont have to wait too long 😏:
When the First threads pop up @GroundedWisdom answers instead of the Kabam Mods and we all can profit from his glorious and visionary predictions. And we can Start to do the „right thing“.
It is really incredible how one Single guy can spam a whole Forum just by insisting to be the only heaven sent angel to convince us Human beings what the Kabam god wants us to do
I wish people would listen to you.
Every time there is an issue we end discussing with GW instead of the problem at hand.
He specializes in pushing everybody’s buttons. He is a very destructive poster and adds nothing to the forums but blame on all the players.
Every single time he comments there are 20+ more comments in the discussion until eventually someone rests.
This does nothing for the forums, nothing good at least, and he shouldn’t deserve an answer from anybody.
I support your invitation to ignore him and I extend it to everyone else.
It’s clear most of us in this 700 reply post believe there was miscommunication except for GW and a couple others.
Even if we were wrong, which we aren’t, unless kabam wants to alienate 693 players they should start communicating better and do right by us.
Thank you @Karakanli
I hope your suggestion takes off
Hey everyone. While it's understandable that Summoners have a lot of passionate thoughts on the topic of compensation, in this instance we aren't revisiting the decision. The post that the moderator made about us investigating the issue to resolve, stating that there will be compensation and that players are able to play through AQ as normal if they choose to, was a valid and accurate statement to make given the information available at the time.
Regarding the compensation, we feel it is quite reasonable that those that spent more time and resources in AQ receive different compensation. Regardless of what time you invested into the impacted AQ, every participating player is receiving ALL of the milestone rewards for the bracket they should have been in regardless of how many milestones you actually hit. We then decided to take one extra step, and felt yes, those that spent time to complete the impacted AQ are receiving additional compensation on top of the milestone rewards. We stand by our reasoning on this.
