And I got this time without the crit on the last hit of the special. So 58 seconds is the cut off between being ok, but any more and they need a tune up? I took him to R3 as a 7* and he is absolutely crushing for me this season in AW, such an MVP for a lot of tricky mutant defenders. Probably the best counter to onslaught in terms of abilities, though shocker is up there too.

Just tested and got the same. I think this is a Nick fury bug, and not a Dani bug. I’ve heard the same with Toad not working, and they work off similar mechanics It’s been reported in the CCP, hopefully will be fixed soon

I think you’re overstating it a bit. In my experience, you start the fight by doing MLM, parry. That has an expected tactical charge gain of -0.25 (each hit has a 25% chance, and the parry has -1 due to it being a well timed block). I’m afraid you’ve misunderstood, the marked passive isn’t what stops Nick’s second life, and that’s not what’s been changed to apply on the first hit. I think you’ve missed the point as well lol. I was only ever replying to the crit rate aspect of it, hence my point on the relic. Take another look at tbe convo and please let me know where I said Dani was a perfect champ with no flaws. My point has always been that Dani’s issue is not damage or crit rate.
