Good thing mcoc isn't a fighting game. It's a card collecting game that happens to have fighting game mechanics. What is the new mode? A card game with fighting game mechanics!!!!!!!!
People play fighting games for real time pvp and complex combos, Mcoc has none of this.
Even if you don't like the mode there is no excuse for why you would want to go back to traditional side quests that gave horrible rewards and were time gated.

Most of my matches have much higher perry counts. Not sure why everyone is being a jerk. I'm currently in arcane.No one is being a jerk, we explained what happened. Not our fault of OPs only way for openings is by parrying. We explained a possible, plausible and most likely situation based on the defenders. His argument is well they only did 2 or 3 parries?..

Red Hulk does not have any immunities. He shrugs debuffs, making him vulnerable to passives where applicable. Also, I think reducing his ability accuracy could make his shrug fail

I am speechlessOne small correction I want to add:Tested it out with night trasher and his shrug always happened. Rintrah can't even shrug one debuff either way so the point still goes to Red Hulk.

Re: AGDQ and MCOC?
My main question would be, are people going to these events to see "speed" runs that take multiple hours? In most cases speed runs are doing in minutes what people normally take hours to do, like speed runs in Only Up. The things in MCoC that can be done quickly are already quick, and the things that can't be done quickly can only be done so much faster. It'd be cool depending on your perspective, but I ultimately don't know if that would be all that interesting.Oh there is runs of various games. You have everything from 5 minute runs of like Mario to 9 hour runs of FF7. They will also do things like 2 teams of 4 doing hard Mario Maker levels, or blond folded Punch out runs.
They also will do Beat Saber challenges, or run through Plant vs Zombies. Honestly just about any game you have seen streamed, someone has likely ran it.
People will also vote with donations for the runners to maybe run with a handicap, or use certain avatars.
Like you could raise money to have one of the content creators do Necro with no revives, or like a crappy team.
Last year the winter AGDQ raised 2.5 million for cancer research. They just did Summer Games Done Quick and got 2.4 million for Doctors without borders. There is definetly an untapped community there.

Specials still being interrupted
Special attacks are still being interrupted mid special by defenders blocking after they are hit with first part if special attack and go in to there “stun” state. Is this ever going to be fixed? There are fights that require particular rhythms and can’t be done cleanly as a result of this bug. Be great if you spent just a little bit of time resolving issues you create as a side-effect of other issues you create and deem more important to fix. Spend less resources designing sales and more fixing the core gameplay.

I like it. It's something new and different. Plenty of room for tweaks but it's something more interesting than beat 5 guys in a row with one of either Dragon-Man, Sauron or Onslaught type quest number 70.

I think this was utter BS update to the store. It's literally a nothing burger they increased the cost and likly increased the shards and items by 10% and now giving us less mysterium then previously every week also did anybody cared they took 2 weeks worth of mysterium giving excuse that the side quest is needed to sync.
