Re: Adaptive EQ Rerun (pseudo Story Quest) Feedback
I also really liked using new, often unranked, champs in lower difficulty EQ content.
The game isn't exactly bursting with testing opportunities, and one of the best ways to get a feel for new champs is now gone.
Re: Adaptive EQ Rerun (pseudo Story Quest) Feedback
completely agree with this point, thanks for adding it. I found myself very much wondering the same things. I used to use Thronebreaker EQ after I completed the valiant gauntlet for this purpose prior to the change. It’s give me an idea of who I might like to invest in, now with classic event quest being a prerequisite with 0 value to revisit to unlock that mode I’m unlikely to want to burn energy this way now. WS is a poor testing ground too as that AI is bleh
Re: Let’s talk crashed
I would love to read Crashed's reasoning behind the changes when its ready to publish.
What worries me a bit, if energy refills are part of the game economy and needed to be nerfed, now its being adjusted back towards what we have already, what else is going to be adjusted to maintain whatever metric Crashed and the team is shooting for.
Did they buff scourge nodes?
I checked some guides and in all of them, the scourge charges can be eradicated regardless of how many charges the defender has.
But to me, it shows as if that I need atleast 10 charges to do it with which is ridiculous because the degen damages me way too much before reaching that far.
So did they buff the nodes? If so, why? Was it not hard already?...
Re: CAN WE JUST GET THE OLD FORMAT OF EQ BACK!
I explored Elder difficulty of old and re-run version already. I think I have experienced that first before commenting.
I hope Kabam can revert it to the Valiant Gauntlet few months ago.
It's all about flexibility and effort/reward consideration.
Under old format, valiant players can auto-run lower EQ or go straight to Paragon Gauntlet and then Valiant Gauntlet. Now you need to complete Classic in order to proceed to Elder, which means I need to complete Classic twice this month. Although Elder completion also means Classic exploration, Kabam tied me up the time for unattractive rewards.
Adaptive system is not based on your progression title nor your roster depth, but top 30 champs' prestige. You got 30k prestige dosen't mean you're an end gamer. ZERO relationship. However, it determines your rewards in this new EQ format. Adaptive system make reward comparison difficult. I did Excel comparison myself and I think I'm worse off in term of catalysts but pump up a lot of statcast relic related materials. Although you may challenge me that my rewards "double up" after re-run, but how about next month?
I won't waste time arguing whether "adaptive system" is an improvement or not as the starting point (prestige) is already wrong imho. Prestige based adaptive system only serves one agenda: whales out top 30 prestige and demand for sig stones. Prestige is a moving target, or a carrot to be exact.
Re: AW rewards are here! And incorrect...
nothing about what you said is how war standings work
Re: Mcoc 1 champ per week - Ep. 86 - Dust 🟡
And that is how OP got to paragon, posting nonsense on forums long enough for Kabam to give out charity paragon titles
Soon it will be charity valiant title
I'm done with the event Quest it's no longer fun
Re: Zola comp
What war and BG ranks you play to have such strong opinions. People should know where you are coming from.
Re: This is easier?
This. You can do this with 7*r1s if you really need to (I used a few in my completion). All the posts on this across the forums has really opened my eyes up to just how many players seem to not know how to play or haven't ever learned how to play the game sufficiently.
