I'm sure its the same thing where when AI turtles while passively gaining power, and somehow throws the SP3 while the bar is still yellow.

This is all because AI has been turned extremely high and super responsive in microseconds. Kabam is using player base as personal piggy to test out there AI model for years now and it's only gonna get worse

Problem is, Serpent is gaining charges and pierce as the fight goes on. After the third or fourth sp1, those blocked hits start to hurt.

I know Kabam support sometimes gets a bad rep around the community, and when I ran into this issue (AW match not loading and stealing my attack bonuses/health/boosts/etc.), people told me not to bother submitting a ticket.

But I thought that was pretty defeatist and jaded. After all, this is a billion-dollar company with integrity and accountability.

So I submitted a ticket, filling out every requested detail, and even attached both screenshots and videos.

And guess what?

My issue was "solved"!

Seriously, Kabam support's quick and attentive help erased my frustration and made a stressful situation feel manageable. It’s super rare to feel so respected, heard, and taken care of.

Also, don't be confused by the difference of a subscription and a membership. Country club is a poor example because it's a membership.

This is a subscription model, and they've exchanged my money for in game currency which I cannot use. This is not fair use. And I'm certain there's protections against this practice. It's a mistake, and I know trust that the devs will work on it.
