Not me - I won't cast shade for ranking up who you like. I have a 7* R4 Spider-Man (Classic) because I wanted someone with Taunt as the AI was driving me up the wall. I tend to alternate between fun/character then serious for my rank ups.

The way some of you are reacting, you’d think he took Goldpool to Rank 5. 🤣 Honestly, I respect it. Not every rank up has to be meta. If you like DDHK and enjoy playing him, that’s reason enough. I’m thinking about taking Spider-Man (Classic) up when I get the T5A… and I already know the pitchforks will be out. 😅

Feels like a double standard. The game already has shirtless characters like Abs and Gentle so Madelyne and Tigra’s original design shouldn’t be an issue.

Ascension Questions

I reread the recent Kabam ascension post again, and am wondering if anyone knows the answer to this.

Let's take the Super Duper Ascension box for example.
Kabam says that "getting one of the Champions gives you the 7 Star Champion AND their A1 Materials." Also: "Once you pull one of the Champions, they cannot be pulled again until you acquire all 6."

So let's say I have Hit Monkey at 7R4 sig 100.
If I pull him from the super duper box, I get his A1 rank-up.
But I also get him as a general 7 star.
Does that give me 20 extra sigs like from a normal pull?

Additionally, what happens when the box resets and you pull Hit Monkey again?
You already have him at A1.
Is it just extra sigs?
And do you get shards towards the super duper crystal again?

Can you get caught in a loop where all you're doing is pulling ascended super duper champs and getting super duper crystal shards and rinse and repeat?
