This guy has a thing for making meta defenders completely and utterly useless, no wonder he was asking for guaranteed crits on Gentle's sp2 as if shutting down everything Bullseye has in his kit wasn't already enough lmao nope he has to be able to do it in 30 seconds too or else he's mid.

If Kabam ain't buffing GENTLEman and he is basically a hard counter to bullseye. Then Sure shot Kabam is gonna give excuse of this looser to be "working as intended" to counter enchantress. Very bad direction this game is going nowadays.

But my opinion has always been the same:
The rules state you have a certain amount of time to complete it, some of that time was taken away due to an error on Kabam's part - thereby violating the terms under which the game mode functions.. yes, players should be compensated
The speed at which a battle group clears AQ has nothing to do with whether there was a game malfunction that violated the rules of the game mode and caused issues in some cases

lol it's just that I'm too lazy to take a screenshotBest practice is to not be lazy when it comes to questions or advice about your roster. As far as anyone could tell before posting screenshots, your roster looked like this:
Kushala as your only awakened mystic
Juggs unawakened
No Tigra, Enchantress, Nico or Chavez
Yet your pictures show several awakened mystic champs, several unawakened, and a significantly higher number of champs that you don't have than what you listed.
The contrast between what you shared and what you have is pretty significant, so how would anything anyone said have been helpful? No one is going to take the time to list every single mystic champ because you may not have them, and apparently you might also have them awakened already.
So if you really want advice on wise decisions for your roster, don't be lazy and provide your roster. No one is going to wander aimlessly because most of the advice provided may just be wasting their time.

Glad you enjoyed the Dev Diaries, more of those on the way! As for this specific topic, not sure how specific we could potentially get, but if there's more interest in it could potentially speak with the team and see whats possible 
Re: Kabam already has a solution to the Old vs New War issue
The issue is you would have to determine it by war rating, not placement because plat 4 isn't something that is decided until a week into the season. The other issue is what happens when you match someone who is in the old format and you're in the new format. Wouldn't be that fun to deal with for the edge cases.
I'd prefer just having 2 separate systems that you have to choose before the season starts and have the relaxed version of the new format for less rewards and have the old system with the better rewards for the more hard-core competitive people.
