Still Permanently Banned
Received a permanent ban, did not break TOS, did not install an apk I downloaded it from the play store. My tickets are being ignored, I just want my account back. Please Kabam.
And yes, permanent ban means I broke TOS before, I did. I cheated back in 2020 January and got banned for 30 days but I've been clean ever since. Kabam you can check my account, you know I'm clean, please unban me.

Presumably, someone at Kabam does a periodic check to make sure things are working within acceptable parameters.
Allegations that this crystal or that crystal is *rigged* have zero basis—sample size at an individual or alliance level simply isn’t large enough to prove a flaw of that nature.
It is frustrating beyond belief to get the same champ or same class AG repeatedly. But that doesn’t prove anything is rigged—in fact, “clumpiness” seems to be a feature of the particular methodology used in MCoC (and a lot of other RNGs).

Honestly a little shocked by the classes, they make sense but it would have made more sense flipped to me. They look good either way

So, can you please tell me how this guy is still playing and up in Celestial V with that account, given the anti-cheat mechanism(s) you have in place ? I understand that a lot of people got banned for modding, so how is this guy bypassing ?
My main concern is that there is a big chance for me to face this account and looks like definitely a modder.
