Hello friends, I finally found the source of the error message. At least in my case. Every time I entered the game, I translated it to my usual language, so when the system restarted, the game gave an error because it didn’t match the language of my Windows 11. In other words, the Windows language and the game language must be the same. So, I set Windows’ primary language to English (USA), restarted the system, and the problem was resolved.

yeah but Despair adds ON TOP of that poison reduction as well though.

It's because they have millions of health. This regen is usually not an issue in small health pools.

Despair can't do anything to the +15% and posions don't reduce additively so it also leaves a little regen

You need a petrify or spectre effect.

Another option is to get the Petrify mastery and use your stuns to reverse the healing.

You can also use your sp2

She's amazing. You need to use 3 sp1 and then only sp2s. After the sp2, don't use heavy attacks, use as many light and mediums as possible.

Why no heavies after sp2?

Because each phoenix force increases the damage of incrinate. You can get phoenix force with either parrying the specials or using normal attacks. But after sp2, you can stack more, up to 30. She will deal insane amount of damage with more forces.

This issue seems to have started specifically when we were also told to connect Gleam to Twitch.

Not sure if their engineers have looked into this possibility, but it is the only variable I can see - prior to connecting Gleam, I never had an issue with Twitch drops; ever since, it's an issue every single time.
