New Conductive Relics Energy Penetration does not work on DOT damage
I then did test with Jean Grey and found that her Neuroshock energy damage was unaffected by the relic (her basic attacks were affected).
I did not check special damage.
Is that how it’s supposed to work? Seems to me that dot damage should be affected and was probably intended to do so as the only energy damage Domino does is from crit failure…
A response would be appreciated.

Sector seven is actually sector symbiote, which is right after sector 1.

You just need the right team set-up. The best team synergies are scream and venom the duck. The first boss perk you should pick is block proficiency. This makes it so you don't die to dumb block damage from knull or agent venom.
Once you get that perk you need to start maxing out your prefights. Leach and Adapt are the best ones. Make sure to get the hack that gives you a 15% prowess every time you steal power from the opponent. Once you have that unlocked all you have to do is spam medium medium into special attacks and dash back to steal the opponents power.

Thing is pre fight abilities are locked to 3 times per ability across the 30 rooms

Ppl trust in their local currency so they don't sell their local currency and buy USD
Similarly, spenders need to trust the game to spend money in the game
Players need to trust the game to spend time playing
When a valiant player quit, new players that join the game cannot replace the valiant player bcos it takes a long time to develop their new accounts
The spiderwoman issue has caused some trust issues in the game, spenders and players have lost some trust in the game, Kabam has made some compromise regarding Spiderwoman but it is hard to gauge the severity of the trust issue without key forum function like polling
The change in EQ is another major change that caused players to drop off, Kabam is making more changes to EQ every month but players have already quit or is playing less
The compensation delivery was bugged, some players received multiple compensations, players cannot trust Kabam to get things done properly, the second compensation is promised, I don't care about the second compensation actually
So the point is this, the trust is already broken for some, Kabam needs to earn back the currency from the playerbase
Every major change to the game may cost some Trust to be lost, Kabam maybe needs to listen to the CCP before rolling out major changes that will be game breaking
Everyone wants the game to continue on for years but how much Trust currency is left for Kabam is unknown, everyone will find out when the major sales for this year is concluded and Netmarble releases quarterly reporting

I’m talking about unique IDs playing.
I’m fighting the same few hundred people in a zero sum game and no one is progressing because no weak players are pushing points from below.

I appreciate this thread… never really looked at the breakdown. I can explore classic with recoils (while I keep grinding arena) and a team that works…. Or go to elder difficulty (where I would have to turn off recoils) for an additional 7,100 T7B fragments. I don’t find anything else valuable. (Titan shards? lol. Sorry, duds or needless dupes has taught me the value of those - everything else is a joke)
I think I will just go the classic route and forget it. Maybe Kabam will figure out the effort/reward ratio some some day.
